Based on the selection process and the decision of the Screening Committee, SEPC will host registered overseas delegates under the following categories:
A) Air-ticket and hotel accommodation for the event nights during the event dates. (SEPC will provide both the air ticket and hotel accommodation).
B) Air-ticket support and hotel accommodation.(SEPC will provide partial airfare support, subject to the applicable Maximum Airfare Cap, against the air ticket purchased by the approved delegates, along with hotel accommodation).
C) Hotel accommodation only for the event nights during the event dates. (SEPC will provide hotel accommodation upon receipt of the confirmed air ticket from the delegates approved under this category).
The Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) will cover part of the airfare, subject to the applicable Maximum Airfare Cap, and provide full hotel accommodation to approved delegates under the Overseas Hosted Delegates Program.
